Feel free to copy

Allright. So, i have had rigid views on copying stuff, academically or otherwise since i was a kid. But, things change over time. And, so do people ( Half-tempted to use another link from casablanca's blog, again!! :) ). Anyway, i had an eye-opener in an organic chemistry exam, where all rules were broken. I have had some bad experiences, in terms of cogging. I almost got flunked in a humanities class, thanks to a friend of mine, who masterminded more than half of the copying network set up in those days. One of my other friends ( most penn state people who i am talking about ;)) did some serious copying and got into trouble.

I think copying should be made legal. It is one of the greatest virtues, human beings have been ever endowed with. How, you say? The same attrocious, fallacious argument Ayn rand uses to justify selfishness and pig-headedness. Pointy is also a proponent of plagiarisation. Infact, 100% of his PJs are stolen from somewhere. In his own wise words,"The trick is people should not know the source". I think that is a great idea. I will claim it as my own, now on. Junta do it, anyways. Even, in tech circles, they do it freely. Euphemistically, they call it "reverse engineering". And, i am totally up for it. Bury creativity! Punish those smug over achievers! There should not be any copyrights, only the right to copy! Like the freedom of expression.

I have one theory 'Knowledge is meant for sharing' however most people drag that funda down to lowly levels and name it copying and plagiarisation ;)
Meanwhile I still stay unhappily blogjacked :(

Just because u r incapable of writing anything original, doesnt mean that we should legalise plagiarisations....

You should rename your blog as "Trees of Other's thoughts"....then you can continue your copying spree....

Pls dont drag innocent ppl like me into this....I have never supported this despicable act, and never will :)

It can also be said that no ideas can be invented. They are all lying up there waiting up to be discovered. Just because some one already has used and returned "up there", it doesn't mean copying. Hmm.... Stretching too much to shore you up, Am I? :-))
